The Three Processing Pathways

1. Out-of-Country Processing

This pathway is for professional candidates currently living outside the United States. We review your academic credentials, match you with a corporate sponsor, and manage your electronic registration for the annual federal visa lottery. Once selected, we coordinate your consulate processing so you can enter the US workforce.

2. In-Country Cap Exemptions

This track allows you to bypass the annual lottery completely. We connect qualified professionals with designated cap-exempt employers, such as universities, related non-profit entities, or governmental research organizations. Because these institutions are exempt from federal caps, we can file your petition at any time of the year.

3. Employer Transfers

This pathway is for professionals already residing in the United States who currently hold active H-1B status. If you are looking to change employers, we manage the complete legal porting process, allowing you to transition seamlessly to a new sponsoring company without disrupting your lawful status or employment history.

Program Eligibility & Duration

• Educational Requirements: Must possess a US bachelor's degree or higher (or a verified international equivalent) in a specific specialty field related to the job.

• Language Skills: Professional working proficiency in English to execute complex technical or administrative tasks.

• Maximum Stay: Granted in increments of up to 3 years, with a maximum continuous limit of 6 years. Extensions beyond 6 years are possible if an active permanent residency (Green Card) application is pending.
