H-2B Seasonal Pathways
Non-agricultural temporary employment tracks within premium hospitality, resort, and commercial service operations across the United States.
No Degree Required
Recurring Contracts
Path to Permanent Contracts

The Three Processing Pathways
1. Out-of-Country Processing
This pathway is for candidates who are currently outside the United States. We match you with a US employer, handle your Department of Labor application, and guide you through your local US Embassy or Consulate interview to obtain your seasonal entry visa.
2. In-Country Transfers
This track is for workers who are already inside the United States on an active H-2B visa. If your current seasonal contract is ending, we can legally transfer your status to a new sponsoring employer so you can continue working without leaving the country.
3. Returning Workers
This pathway is for individuals who have completed an H-2B contract in previous years and returned home on time. Because of your clean immigration track record, you often qualify for federal cap exemptions, making your application process much faster.
