The Two Core Frameworks

1. Skilled Worker Pathway

This framework is for candidates with specialized training or professional backgrounds. If you have a university degree or at least two years of verifiable work experience in a specific trade, we connect you with a permanent US employer sponsor and manage the comprehensive PERM labor certification process.

2. Unskilled Labor Pathway

This track is designed for candidates who do not possess a formal degree or prior industry experience. We match you with long-term, full-time positions in essential sectors that face permanent domestic labor shortages, allowing you to secure a legal Green Card based entirely on your commitment to work.

Program Eligibility & Duration

• Educational Requirements: No formal degree is required for the unskilled track. The skilled track requires either a bachelor’s degree or two years of documented training or work experience.

• Language Skills: Functional English skills to complete daily job requirements, pass safety training, and clear your mandatory consulate interview.

• Maximum Stay: This is a permanent immigrant visa. Once approved, you and your immediate family receive official Green Cards, allowing you to live and work in the United States permanently.

• Skilled & Trade Roles: Certified CNC machinists, heavy equipment mechanics, industrial welders, and specialized medical technicians.
