Role Overview

We are seeking experienced in-country H-2B Landscapers / Groundskeepers to support outdoor maintenance and landscaping operations. This role is ideal for individuals currently in the United States on an active H-2B visa who are eligible for an extension or transfer.

Landscapers and Groundskeepers are responsible for maintaining the appearance, safety, and functionality of outdoor spaces, including lawns, gardens, walkways, and surrounding property areas. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general landscaping and grounds maintenance duties

• Mow lawns, edge walkways, trim hedges, and maintain shrubs

• Plant, mulch, and remove vegetation as needed

• Operate landscaping tools and equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)

• Load, unload, and transport landscaping materials and equipment

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of job sites

• Follow assigned schedules and daily work plans

• Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently

• Assist with seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, debris cleanup, and property upkeep

• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times

Qualifications & Experience:

• Currently in the United States on an active H-2B visa

• Eligible for an H-2B extension or transfer

• Minimum of 6 months of landscaping or groundskeeping experience

• Valid driver’s license (U.S. driver’s license preferred)

  • OR ability to obtain a U.S. driver’s license

• Beginner English proficiency (able to understand instructions and communicate basic information)

• Ability to lift and carry 50–75 pounds

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work outdoors for extended periods

• Comfortable working in various weather conditions

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience using commercial landscaping equipment

• Prior seasonal or outdoor labor experience

• Basic knowledge of plant care and grounds maintenance
