Role Overview

We are currently seeking in-country H-2B Servers to join a fast-paced hospitality team. This position is ideal for individuals who are already in the United States on an active H-2B visa and are eligible for an extension or transfer. Servers will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, taking orders accurately, and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests.

This is a seasonal position with the possibility of return employment in future seasons based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Take food and beverage orders accurately

• Serve food and drinks promptly

• Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the guest experience

• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff

• Handle basic customer questions or concerns professionally

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace policies

• Maintain a positive and team-oriented attitude

Qualifications & Experience:

• Currently in the United States on an active H-2B visa

• Eligible for an H-2B extension or transfer

• Minimum of 3 months of serving experience (restaurant or hospitality setting)

• Beginner English proficiency (able to understand instructions and communicate with guests)

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical job duties

• Reliable, punctual, and professional

• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

• Strong customer service mindset

Preferred (Not Required):

• Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment

• Experience working in seasonal positions

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards
