Role Overview

We are currently seeking in-country H-2B Dishwasher / Utility Workers to support daily kitchen and restaurant operations. This position is ideal for individuals who are already in the United States on an active H-2B visa and are eligible for an extension or transfer.

Dishwasher / Utility Workers play a critical role in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and overall efficiency in the kitchen and food service areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment

• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing and kitchen areas

• Properly organize and store clean dishes and equipment

• Assist with basic cleaning tasks throughout the kitchen and back-of-house areas

• Dispose of trash and recyclables according to procedures

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards

• Assist kitchen staff as needed during peak service times

• Follow instructions from supervisors and kitchen management

• Maintain a reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented attitude

Qualifications & Experience:

• Currently in the United States on an active H-2B visa

• Eligible for an H-2B extension or transfer

• Minimum of 3 months of dishwasher or utility work experience

• Beginner English proficiency (able to understand instructions and communicate basic needs)

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays

Preferred (Not Required):

• Prior experience in a commercial kitchen or restaurant

• Experience working seasonal hospitality positions

• Familiarity with commercial dishwashing equipment
